We at N.K. Joinery Ltd. are an experienced local family run business formed in 1980. Originally formed as carpentry and joinery specialists, we quickly evolved into general building and alterations. With renovations of old barns and cottages being something of a specialty. Should you require a Plumber, Electrician, or Scaffolding during your building works, then we can offer you the services of highly recommended tradesmen. We can even organise any planning and building control approvals that may be required. So that rather than dealing with a multitude of different faces all disagreeing with one another, you just have one friendly face to liaise with to organise on your behalf. Just a few of our past and present clients include The Isle Of Man Board Of Education, Douglas Corporation, The Church and of course the general public. And with prices ranging from £500 to £1,500,000 and above, we are able to accommodate just about every size and type of Building contract that you may have to offer.

In keeping with ever changing needs of the public and private sectors, a uPVC division was formed in 2002, offering first class materials from Sheerframe uPVC windows, doors, conservatories and curtain walling, to celuform uPVC fascia bargeboards and soffits in a range of colours. In fact we are the islands only approved contractor for all of the market leading celuform products. Completing the all-round Roofline Solution, we are now the only Approved Contractor of Mustang Seamless Aluminium Guttering on the Island. This is the only BBA Approved continuous aluminium guttering system on the Isle of Man. This is a virtual maintenance free product available in various colours. As an alternative we also provide pvc guttering in various styles and colours.

We can supply and fit our superior products to new building contracts, conversions / extensions or even supply direct to you, the choice is yours.

We even have a Painting and Decorating division so as to offer a more complete service to you.
