As a truly local business which has been established on the Isle of Man since 1980, we at NK Joinery believe in making a contribution to the community and helping people here to achieve their goals.

We are very proud to support local sporting clubs and regularly sponsor teams and competitions. We currently sponsor the Isle of Man Football Association Hospital Cup competition, Corinthians AFC Combination team and also the Ellan Vannin Gymnastic Club.

We have also raised funds for the Craig Heartstrong Foundation, Ballacottier Rainbow Room Mini Bus Appeal and the Children's Liver Disease Research Foundation.

Hutchinson: Racing to Victory

We are sponsors of Ian Hutchinson, the multiple road racing champion from West Yorkshire. Hutchinson brought home his first TT victory in the Centenary Year (2007), claiming the Supersport Junior TT title from John McGuinness. In 2009, he cemented his position as one of the Mountain Circuit’s foremost stars, once more winning the Supersport Junior race and setting a lap record in the Superstock event. As the sponsors of both his winning machines, we were behind Ian all the way to the podium and are proud to support him as he realises his dreams. As Ian goes from strength to strength, NK Joinery Ltd will continue to support him now and into the future.

All Aboard for the RNLI

And now to an altogether different kind of race. As an Island community, we are indebted to the presence of our maritime and coastal rescue services. To show our support, we are sponsoring the 2009 Port Erin RNLI Raft Race. A hugely popular annual fund-raising event, the Race draws lively teams and large crowds down to the shore for the day’s ‘sea-faring’ antics. We are delighted to share in the spirit of a genuine community event which is, ultimately, for a life-saving cause.
